ERICA PHILLIIPS, M.A.

Director of Programs & Operations

    • At Growing Edge Collective, I bring structure to the heart of healing, making sure every program, system, and client experience reflects our mission of helping people grow through therapy and practical tools.

    • I oversee programs like executive functioning coaching and parent workshops, and I design operations that keep the client journey smooth from first contact to follow-up care. My goal is to make therapy and coaching feel grounded, organized, and accessible for every person and family we serve.

    • I’ve spent more than a decade helping students and families strengthen the skills that make life and learning work.

    • My experience spans teaching, program design, and educational leadership, with a focus on supporting neurodivergent learners and families who know that not every child fits neatly in a box.

    • I’ve partnered with parents navigating homeschooling, executive functioning challenges, and alternative learning paths, helping them build structure without losing flexibility or joy.

    • Even when parents are capable, it’s often helpful to have a neutral third party, someone who can observe from the outside, ease tension, and take the pressure off the parent–child relationship.

    • Parents trust me because I blend practical strategy with empathy, helping each learner gain confidence, independence, and tools that work in the real world.

    • I believe structure and compassion go hand in hand. Whether I’m building a new program or working with a family, I focus on clarity, connection, and purpose.

    • My goal is to help people feel more confident, capable, and aligned, not just organized on paper, but grounded in how they live.

    • Executive functioning coaching is about more than planners and checklists, it’s about helping people find balance, build habits that stick, and feel capable again. For parents, that often means calmer routines, fewer power struggles, and a child who feels empowered to take ownership of their growth.

    • I see this work as a partnership, one that supports both the individual and the family system around them.

    • I’m a mom, a reader, and a lover of sunshine.

    • You’ll usually find me at Pilates, reading my Kindle, laughing with friends, or chasing new adventures with my family.

    • I believe joy and rest are part of the work, and I try to live that out every day.
