Executive Functioning Services

High achievers burn out too.
Parents deserve support too.
You don’t have to hold it all alone.

Executive Function Coaching supports the how of daily life: planning, staying organized, managing time, starting tasks, and following through. We focus on building the skills that make life feel more manageable, grounded, and confident.

This work blends practical tools + emotional awareness, helping clients grow with clarity and self-trust, one step at a time.

Whether the goal is school success, independence, smoother routines, or feeling less overwhelmed, and we meet you where you are and build from your strengths.

Who We Work With

You can be successful and still feel disorganized, overwhelmed, or stuck. That doesn’t mean you’re failing, it means your system needs a different kind of support.

We support students, teens, adults, and families navigating:

  • Difficulty staying organized or keeping track of tasks

  • Stress around schoolwork, work projects, or daily routines

  • Trouble starting or finishing tasks (even when you want to)

  • Emotional overwhelm during transitions or change

  • ADHD, executive dysfunction, or late-diagnosed neurodivergence

  • Parents who want support without power struggles

  • Teens preparing for college or new independence

Executive Function Coaching is affirming, strengths-based, and supportive.

What We Work on

Time management & scheduling

Task initiation & follow-through

Study habits & assignment planning

Balancing long-term projects

Balancing priorities in stressful periods

Independence & confidence

Organization (digital + physical)

Goal setting (& goal achievement!)

We don’t just talk about these skills,
we practice them, with real-life application between sessions.

Why Coaching Helps

Even when people are capable, smart, and doing their best… it can still feel like too much.

Maybe you were the gifted kid, the high-achiever, the one who always figured it out, and now the mental load of work, relationships, parenting, or just daily life feels heavier than it “should.”

You may be organized in one area, successful on paper, and still feel scattered, overwhelmed, or stuck.

Or maybe you’re a parent who loves your child deeply but:

  • The reminders

  • The task battles

  • The emotional overwhelm
have started to take a toll.

Your effort isn’t the issue… the system is.

That’s where having a neutral partner helps, someone who can step in without the emotional weight of the parent-child dynamic or the self-pressure adults often carry.

We offer support that:

  • Reduces pressure and tension (at home or internally)

  • Provides step-by-step strategies, not criticism or “try harder”

  • Sees the student or adult through a strengths-based lens

  • Builds confidence and independence one skill at a time

The goal is not perfection; the goal is to feel more capable, more grounded, and more yourself again.
