Our Services

At Growing Edge Collective, we offer therapy that’s down-to-earth, evidence-based, and grounded in relationship. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, identity questions, or just feel stuck, therapy is a place to slow down, tune in, and move toward what matters.

Populations Served

We work with teens and adults who are navigating stress, anxiety, identity, or emotional disconnection. A lot of my clients are men who are tired of performing and ready to figure out what’s underneath the surface. Some feel angry and shut down. Some feel stuck. Some just want a space where they don’t have to hold it all together.

Whether you're coming to therapy for the first time or returning to do deeper work, I aim to meet you where you are—without pressure or judgment.

We work with:

  • Teens (14 and up) navigating pressure, self-worth, and identity

  • Adult men and professionals seeking clarity, emotional support, or purpose

  • People of all genders working through stress, anxiety, or disconnection

  • Clients navigating faith, values, masculinity, fatherhood, or transitions

Therapy is inclusive and affirming. You’re welcome here as you are.

 Services Provided

  • We create a grounded, supportive space where clients can slow down and talk through what’s really going on. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, identity questions, or emotional overload, individual therapy gives you space to process, reflect, and grow at your own pace.

  • We work with couples to rebuild connection, improve communication, and navigate conflict with honesty and care. We help partners better understand each other’s needs and patterns so they can move forward with more clarity and trust.

  • Family sessions focus on improving communication and strengthening relationships across generations. We bring a calm, neutral presence to help families unpack tension, repair trust, and build healthier ways of being together.

  • Working with teens aged 14 and up, we build trust through authenticity and non-judgment. Whether it’s identity, school pressure, emotional regulation, or family stress, therapy becomes a space where teens feel seen and supported.

  • We use CBT to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and actions. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns and practice new ways of thinking and responding that support your goals.

  • Through ACT, we help clients learn to make space for difficult emotions and move forward with purpose. We work together to clarify your values and take steps toward what matters, even when things feel messy or uncertain.

  • Rather than trying to clear your mind, mindfulness with us means learning to notice what’s happening in your body and thoughts with more awareness and less judgment. It’s about slowing down and creating room to respond rather than react.

  • Grief can be lonely, and it rarely follows a straight line. We offer a compassionate space to honor loss in all its forms, helping clients make sense of their experience and carry their grief with more care and less weight.

  • We integrate DBT skills like emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness—especially helpful for clients who feel emotionally overwhelmed or stuck in patterns that are hard to shift.

  • This approach centers you. We listen deeply, reflect honestly, and hold space without judgment. The focus is on building a trusting relationship where healing and self-discovery can happen organically.

  • With a focus on choice and accountability, we use Reality Therapy to help clients examine what they want, what they’re doing, and whether those two things line up. It’s action-focused, honest, and supportive.

  • We use this approach to help clients identify what’s already working and build on it. Instead of staying stuck in the problem, therapy moves toward clear goals and practical next steps.

  • This approach highlights what’s already strong within you. We work with clients to rediscover skills, strengths, and resources—even when they feel hard to access. It’s a way of moving forward with hope and self-trust.

  • We don’t force a one-size-fits-all model. We pull from multiple approaches to tailor therapy to your personality, needs, and goals. Sessions feel personalized, not formulaic.

  • If you’re wrestling with meaning, freedom, or purpose, we meet you there. This approach helps clients explore life’s bigger questions without rushing toward answers.

  • We offer affirming, respectful care for clients across the spectrum of gender identity and sexual orientation. This is a space where your full identity is honored and where you won’t need to educate your therapist to feel understood.

  • We recognize that identity, culture, and lived experience shape how we show up in the world. Therapy with us honors those realities and adapts to meet each client with care, respect, and relevance.
